Aerial Survey
Using the latest drone technology, our qualified and insured pilots plan and execute the flight to capture the desired information, including the relevant permissions, risk assessments and particulars that we are required to complete prior to take off. The survey is flown from predetermined locations, with video and photographic data collected during the flight for the deliverables to follow.
Building Fabric
diagnosis
Our service and diagnosis takes into consideration the future requirements of the existing building materials and its constituents, ensuring compatibility and longevity to any solution proposed.
Condition report
Following any survey, the collected data is compiled into a comprehensive report, detailing the problems and their diagnosis. The report is twinned with a video, which will point towards the issues raised in the written report, giving a further viewpoint in terms of location and severity.
Core survey
Sometimes access is safe and readily available. In that case, we are also highly experienced ‘on foot’ surveyors, able to carry out core analysis to determine the roof build up and locate the source of the problem.
